Hi there, I am trying to schedule my DP-700 exam and after signing in with my login information and fill out the First and Last name which are mandatory fields, the page does not take me to scheduling my exam and keeps landing back to the same page. I do have an exam voucher that I will lose if I am not able to schedule by Feb-22nd 2026. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

Julian Sharp 16,291 Reputation points2026-02-12T20:12:28.1366667+00:00 Before you book your exam you need to enter your Legal name on your Learn profile https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings and Save and then check it has saved correctly
Until this is entered you will not be able to book the exam.
Then go to the DP-700 exam page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/fabric-data-engineer-associate/?practice-assessment-type=certification#certification-take-the-exam and select the Schedule exam button

It seems that adding a middle name to my legal name triggered a "please contact Credential Support" request by clicking on a link where a ticket needs to be created. This link is finicky as it does not stay on the web page and disappears - I was quick to spot it after several attempts and some other FAQ reads.
