block multiple days in Microsoft Bookings

Tried all options not able to block the specific day's kindly assist with us.

Need to block the bookings from Thursday to Sunday, bookings can allow only from Monday to Wednesday.

Thank you for your message. To better understand what’s happening on your side, could you please confirm whether you have already tried the following steps?

• Sign in to Microsoft Bookings and go to the Services tab on the left.
• Select the service you want to adjust and click Edit service.

• Scroll to the Availability options section.
• Under General availability, make sure the setting is Custom hours (recurring weekly)

• In the weekly schedule: Set your available hours for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. For Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, click the “X” or “Remove” icon next to the time slots for those days.
• Once those days show “Not bookable” or have no time slots assigned, they should automatically be blocked on the booking page.
• Click Save changes.

Once saved successfully, your customers should only be able to book appointments from Monday to Wednesday.

Could you please confirm whether you already followed these exact steps and the issue still persists? Your confirmation will help me determine whether we need to look into another possible cause.
