It sounds like you are experiencing issues with your emails being redirected to the Archive folder instead of your inbox in Outlook. This can happen due to rules that may have been set up in your Outlook account. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

    1. Check Email Rules: Go to your Outlook settings and check if there are any rules that might be diverting your emails to the Archive folder. You can find this under the "Rules" section in your settings.
    2. Review Your Folders: Ensure that your Sent Items and Archive folders are correctly set up. Sometimes, folder hierarchies can become corrupted, which might cause emails to be misdirected.
    3. Use the Recovery Options: If you are unable to access important emails, consider using the recovery options available in Outlook to retrieve them from the Archive.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, you may want to reach out to Microsoft support for further assistance.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify the cause of the issue and restore normal email functionality.
