I have a second account showing under my email

When I log into Microsoft on my cell phone or Ipad I have an option to choose from 2 accounts. The second account shows my email but it says Tribhuvan University next to it and it appears this is a security issue. How do I address this?

Hello,

That means that your microsoft account is also a guest user in this organization.

Please sign into https://portal.azure.com

Then click on Manage Entra ID

Then click on Manage tenants.

Do you see the organization listed? If so, check th box and click on "Leave".
