Hey there! Nice to meet you!

If your account has been compromised, the only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245

If the account recovery web form doesn't work, and if the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

If you suspect that your account has been taken over, it is important to act quickly to regain control. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Use Recovery Options: If you have security information set up, you can attempt to reset your password using your mobile device or email recovery options.
    2. Contact Support: Since you may be dealing with an account takeover, it’s advisable to contact Microsoft support directly. If you are the only global admin for your account, you should reach out to the Azure Data Protection team for assistance. You can contact them at +1 866-807-5850.
    3. Monitor for Unauthorized Activity: Keep an eye on your account for any unauthorized changes or activities. If you regain access, review your account settings and security information.
    4. Implement Security Measures: Once you regain access, consider implementing additional security measures such as enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your account from future takeovers.
    5. Create an Emergency Access Account: To prevent future lockouts, you can create an emergency access account (break-glass account) in Microsoft Entra, which can help you regain access if you are locked out again.

Taking these steps can help you regain control of your account and enhance its security moving forward.
