My App had launched to Microsoft Store successfully, but if I install it from Microsoft Store, even if it is installed successfully, I cannot open this app. I tried different laptops and none of them worked.

I was wondering which team or email or web link that I can get help with this? https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/create doesn't work at all. If i select commercial store, this link will be bugging and there is no next step i can click. How i can reach out to developer app team?
