Outlook Classic Not Opening

Whenever I try to open Outlook classic I get the error message below.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling all of Microsoft 365 with no luck. I've tried opening it in Safe mode, and resetting the nav pane, but get the same issue. My Mail application works fine so it's not an account issue (I just hate Mails functionality). I've even tried the quick and online repair options.

    Hi @Josh Casson

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on my research, there is another troubleshooting method recommended in Microsoft’s guidance that may help resolve this issue. It involves creating a new Outlook profile and repairing your Outlook data file

Since you have not mentioned trying this approach yet, may I confirm whether creating a new profile and repairing the data file helps resolve the issue?

You can follow the steps below to create a new Outlook profile: User's image

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, I recommend reaching out to your organization’s IT administrator. They can open a support ticket through the Microsoft Admin Center or contact Microsoft: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

I hope this provides additional clarity. If you have any updates, please feel free to reach out.
