Unable to add the Zoom add-in to the Outlook App

The Apps button in my Outlook App does not show any app. It shows "we didn't find any matches". It appears that the app marketplace does not load in the Outlook App. Please explain how to show the app marketplace in the Outlook App, and how to add the Zoom add-in.
