The Apps button in my Outlook App does not show any app. It shows "we didn't find any matches". It appears that the app marketplace does not load in the Outlook App. Please explain how to show the app marketplace in the Outlook App, and how to add the Zoom add-in.

I have a Microsoft 365 Personal account, it does not have an Admin control. How do I enable the App marketplace in the Outlook App?

To show the app marketplace in the Outlook App and add the Zoom add-in, you need to ensure that the necessary permissions and settings are configured properly. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Check Role Assignment Policy: Make sure that the My Marketplace Apps role is enabled in the role-assignment policy assigned to your user account. If this role is not enabled, you will not be able to access the app marketplace.
      • Sign in to Microsoft 365 as an admin.
      • Go to Admin > Exchange > permissions > user roles.
      • Double-click on the Default Role Assignment Policy or the custom policy assigned to you.
      • Ensure the My Marketplace Apps checkbox is selected and save the changes.
    2. Access the App Marketplace: Once the role is enabled, you should be able to access the app marketplace from the Outlook App. Look for the Apps button in the toolbar or menu.
    3. Add the Zoom Add-in: In the app marketplace, search for the Zoom add-in. Once you find it, follow the prompts to install it.

If you still encounter issues, ensure that your Outlook App is updated to the latest version, and consider checking for any organizational policies that might restrict access to add-ins.
