Need to know why we are being double billed for Microsoft 365

I see that one credit card we are being charged $10.81 on a monthly basis for Microsoft 365. And on another credit card we will be charged an annual fee of $140.71 on May 13, 2026.

How can I determine what the $10.81 fees are for and potential discontinue these fees if it is related to another computer which we may no longer have.

Thanks

    Hello

If you go to https://account.live.com > Services, do you see two plans, one annual and one monthly?

If you do, make sure you cancel one of them.

For further billing support and refund, go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

To determine why you are being double billed for Microsoft 365, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Your Subscriptions: Log into your Microsoft 365 account and review the subscriptions associated with your account. Look for any additional subscriptions that may be causing the $10.81 monthly charge.
    2. Billing History: Review your billing history to see details about each charge. This can help identify what the $10.81 fee is for and whether it corresponds to a specific service or subscription.
    3. Contact Support: If you cannot find the information you need, consider contacting Microsoft 365 support for assistance. They can provide detailed information about your billing and subscriptions.
    4. Cancel Unused Subscriptions: If you identify that the $10.81 charge is for a subscription related to a computer you no longer have, you can cancel that subscription through your account settings or by contacting support.

It’s important to ensure that you are not inadvertently subscribed to multiple services, which can lead to double billing.
