Teams Phone mobile AT&T operator connect voice

I have spent a few hours on the phone with support from AT&T business my operator and they assure me that my number has been enabled and provisioned for teams phone mobile on their side, yet no numbers show in "acquired numbers" in my admin of Teams operator connect.

Microsoft states that all support for operator connect is handled by your operator, but the operator says everything is provisioned and should be displaying in my tenant, as it has been multiple days since the line was provisioned.

KYC has been filed and completed.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Based on your description, AT&T confirms the Teams Phone Mobile number is provisioned and KYC is complete, but no numbers appear under Operator Connect, Acquired numbers in the Teams Admin Center. Microsoft says Operator Connect support is handled by the operator, while AT&T says provisioning is complete.

    Try to verify the only valid location for the numbers

    Ensure you have eligible Microsoft 365 subscriptions for Teams Phone Mobile.

    Go to Teams Admin Center > Voice > Phone numbers to check whether your number phone has been uploaded yet.

    It would be helpful if you can provide screenshot of operator connect in your Teams admin center so I can check Whether the Operator Connect relationship is active (Teams admin center > Voice > Operator Connect)
