I understand it can be frustrating when the spelling check interrupts your workflow every time you try to send an email.
To disable the dialog box that appears when you click Send, please follow these steps:
- In Outlook, go to the File tab and select Options.
- Click on Mail in the left-hand menu.
- In the Compose messages section, uncheck “Always check spelling before sending”.
- Click OK to save your changes.
After this, the spelling and grammar dialog box will no longer appear when sending emails.
