    Hi @Geraldene Peters

Thank you for posting your question in the Q&A Forum.

I understand it can be frustrating when the spelling check interrupts your workflow every time you try to send an email.

To disable the dialog box that appears when you click Send, please follow these steps:

    1. In Outlook, go to the File tab and select Options.
    2. Click on Mail in the left-hand menu.
    3. In the Compose messages section, uncheck “Always check spelling before sending”.
    4. Click OK to save your changes.

After this, the spelling and grammar dialog box will no longer appear when sending emails.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

To turn off the spelling and grammar dialog box in Outlook, you can adjust the settings in the following way:

    1. Open Outlook and go to the File tab.
    2. Select Options.
    3. In the Outlook Options dialog, click on Mail.
    4. Scroll down to the Editor Options section and click on Editor Options.
    5. In the Editor Options dialog, go to the Proofing section.
    6. Uncheck the options for Check spelling as you type and Mark grammar errors as you type.
    7. Click OK to save your changes.

This should help prevent the spelling and grammar dialog box from appearing when you send emails.
