Started using NEW OUTLOOK and was trying to unblock an email sender. Selected SETTINGS/MAIL and there is no JUNK EMAIL option , it is missing.

Anyone know of a fix?

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. Microsoft has removed the traditional Junk Email controls in the New Outlook interface, including the Junk Email option under Settings > Mail, the right-click "Junk" menu, and the "J" keyboard shortcut.

Even though the New Outlook doesn’t show traditional Junk Email options, you can still try this workaround to unblock a sender using Outlook on the web.

    1. Go to https://outlook.office.com.
    2. Click the gear icon for Settings.
    3. Select Mail.
    4. Open Junk Email.
    5. Remove the sender from your Blocked Senders and Domains list so their emails start coming through again.

Hope these helps and let me know if you need further assistance.

In the New Outlook for Windows, the Junk Email option may not be directly visible as it is in the classic version of Outlook. If you're unable to find the Junk Email settings, here are a couple of steps you can take:

    1. Check for Updates: Ensure that your New Outlook is updated to the latest version, as features may be added or modified in updates.
    2. Use the Classic Outlook: If the Junk Email settings are crucial for your workflow, consider switching back to the classic Outlook application where these options are more readily available.
    3. Check Mail Settings: Sometimes, the settings might be located under different categories. Look through the available settings to see if it’s categorized differently.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to check Microsoft’s support documentation or community forums for further assistance specific to the New Outlook interface.
