    Hi Prince Dashon Antoine
Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

    1. Eligibility Check: Ensure you are indeed a verified K-12 student. To access Azure for Students, you need to verify your academic status with a valid school email.
    2. Email Validation: If you're using a school email, make sure it has been confirmed and is set as your primary email on your Microsoft account. You can also try signing in with a personal email if you face issues with your school email.
    3. Create a Microsoft Account: If you don’t already have one associated with your student email, make sure to create a Microsoft account using that email. This is critical since Azure accounts are often linked to Microsoft accounts.
    4. Check Existing Accounts: Sometimes, if you've previously created an account linked to the same email, there could be conflicts. Make sure you’re signing in with the correct credentials.
    5. Alternative Sign-Up via GitHub: If the standard sign-up process isn’t working, consider signing up for Azure for Students using your GitHub account. You can use the GitHub Student Developer Pack to verify your status and access Microsoft’s offers.
    6. Contact Support: If none of the above works, reach out to Azure for Education support for more personalized help.

If you are encountering the message "You do not have access" when trying to sign into Azure for Students, it may be due to several reasons:

    1. Account Verification: Ensure that your school is eligible for the Azure for Students program and that your account is properly set up with your educational institution's email address.
    2. Credentials: Double-check that you are using the correct credentials associated with your school account. Sometimes, using a personal email instead of your university email can lead to access issues.
    3. Active Directory: If your school uses Active Directory, ensure that your account is linked correctly. If you are unsure, you may need to contact your school’s IT department for assistance.
    4. Technical Issues: There may be temporary technical issues with the Azure system. In such cases, waiting a while and trying again may resolve the problem.
    5. Support: If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance regarding your account validation issue.

Following these steps should help you troubleshoot the access issue you are experiencing.
