Hi, I need help activating Windows 11 Pro after a hardware change.

This PC originally had a genuine Windows licence, but after replacing the motherboard Windows will not activate.

Online activation fails with error 0x803F700F and 0x803FA067, and the activation troubleshooter does not resolve it.

slui 4 no longer opens the phone activation wizard, so I cannot enter my Installation ID myself.

I need to perform a manual activation.

Could you please transfer me to the activation team or generate a Confirmation ID so I can complete activation?

    Hello

Support doesn't just manually activate any license.

Can you please provide a bit more context -

Is this a full Pro license, or an upgrade pro license (from home to pro)?

What type of hardware has changed? Motherboard?

How did you obtain your license initially?

Did it come with the device preinstalled, or did you purchase it?

If you purchased it, did you purchase from Microsoft, or from third party?

Is it originally a Win7/8 key?

To activate Windows 11 Pro after a hardware change, especially after replacing the motherboard, you may encounter specific error codes like 0x803F700F and 0x803FA067. These errors typically indicate issues with the activation process due to hardware changes.

Here are some steps you can take to resolve the activation issue:

    1. Use the Activation Troubleshooter: Since you mentioned that the troubleshooter did not resolve the issue, ensure that you have removed any old devices from your Microsoft account that may be linked to the previous hardware.
    2. Manual Activation: Since slui 4 is not functioning to open the phone activation wizard, you can try the following command in an elevated command prompt to activate Windows:
         slmgr.vbs /ato

This command attempts to activate Windows online.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If the above steps do not work, you may need to contact Microsoft Support directly for assistance. They can help you with manual activation and may provide a Confirmation ID if necessary.
    4. Check for a Valid License: Ensure that your Windows license is still valid and linked to your Microsoft account. If it was a retail license, it should be visible in your Microsoft account order history.

If you continue to face issues, contacting the Microsoft Licensing Activation Centers might be necessary for further assistance.
