Hi there,

One year ago, my Azure for Students has expired and I didn't upgrade it. My mail said that this tenant is now deleted.

Now I want to use Azure again, so I managed to register a new free account. But after signing in, it says that:

Sign-in failed

Error code: interaction_required Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle

I forgot my tenant ID. I failed to get support from Azure Support and phone call. Please help me to unblock my tenant or create a new tenant.

Thank you.

    Hello qwerty吃小庄,

This issue will be resolved by signing in using the tenant-specific Azure portal URL and the tenant ID I have provided over the private messages tab:

    https://portal.azure.com/<tenant-ID>

Once you accessed the portal through the tenant-scoped URL, the tenant became active again and you will be able to manage resources without further issues.

And the tenant will be restored successfully.
