Microsoft Bookings displays "No customers for this appointment" for every appointment booked.

Hello. I set up a microsoft bookings page for virtual zoom meetings. When people fill out the form, they are meant to input their name, email, and child's name. Every time I test the bookings link (using incognito browser and different email addresses) the information displays as expected.

But when customers register for appointments using the same link, this is what we see.

All staff members see "No customers for this appointment." for all upcoming appointments except for the test appointments I created. We have customer name, email and child name as required fields. When I create test bookings, I cannot bypass the required fields. Can someone please help me figure out how to access the customer information?

    Dear @Sierra,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I am happy to assist you.

I tested this scenario on my side and was unable to reproduce the issue, which suggests that the behavior may be related to your specific environment.

Could you please confirm whether this happens with all other registrations as well?

Additionally, please try checking the booking information using another device and a different network to see whether the customer details appear correctly.

If possible, kindly share the configuration of your Bookings setup so I can attempt to recreate the same scenario on my side and determine whether the issue can be reproduced.

Please share it via private message to protect your personal information.

Here's how you can access your private messages:

    1. Go to a question you asked that has a private message.
    2. Open private messages modal – by clicking link in blue banner or private messages button.
    3. User's image
    4. Private messages modal opens
    5. Enter reply into rich-text editor.
    6. Click "Send" button

If the matter is urgent, I recommend raising a support ticket. Since this issue appears to affect the tenant as a whole, the support team will have the necessary tools and access to investigate your tenant and account in more depth. The Global Admin can create a support ticket by sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Support > Help & Support.

For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.

Note: If you’re an end-user, please coordinate with your Office 365 Global Administrator to handle these steps.

Providing these details will enable me to offer the most accurate next steps and, if necessary, route your request to the appropriate team for further assistance. Looking forward to your response so we can assist you further!
