Toby, since Store entitlement resets require Microsoft backend support, use the Get Help app in Windows 11 signed in with your account to start a support chat. If that fails, try calling the support number from another device or network. Provide the error details so they can review your account.
Store entitlement corruption
Microsoft Store fails to initialise on multiple devices only when signed in with my Microsoft account. Windows repair reinstall completed. Different Microsoft accounts work. This indicates Store entitlement corruption on my Microsoft account. I need a backend Store identity reset.
I have tried contacting support but it keeps putting me in an endless loop on the website.
