I paid for and was changed $150 for an Office 365 license on 12/15/2025. I added a second user on 2/11/2026 and was shown a credit of $-126 and a charge of $252 on my account. Only problem is the credit was never applied to my bank and I was charged $252 with no credit. I have had a total of $402 taken from my bank account for licenses that should have only been $300. How do I get support to have the proper amount credited back to my bank or at least applied to my account.

    Hello Robert,

Thank you for posting question on Microsoft Windows Forum!

Based on your query of being double charged for a license. Well! This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access. In fact, Microsoft has a process for handling billing disputes and refunds, but it requires going through their official support channels since only they can access your account and payment records.

For more information about refund https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription-67dca30b-b323-44d5-acc2-e02f9902c472

Please note: Keep screenshots of your account charges, credits shown, and bank statements. This will make your case clearer when speaking with support.

Hope the provided information is helpful! If it is. It is appreciated to consider clicking "Accept Answer".
