It seems you are experiencing issues with receiving notifications from the Microsoft Authenticator app. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can consider:

    1. Check Notifications Settings: Ensure that notifications are enabled for the Authenticator app in your device's settings. Sometimes, notifications can be blocked at the device level.
    2. App Updates: Make sure that your Authenticator app is updated to the latest version. An outdated app may have bugs that could affect its functionality.
    3. Multiple Accounts: If you have multiple accounts set up in the Authenticator app, it can sometimes cause issues. Although you mentioned removing them, ensure that there are no residual settings or accounts left in the app.
    4. Reinstallation: Since you mentioned uninstalling and reinstalling the app, ensure that you are following the correct steps to set it up again after reinstalling.
    5. Network Connection: Check your internet connection, as a poor connection can prevent notifications from being received.
    6. Device Compatibility: If you are in a region where certain services are restricted (like in China), be aware that some functionalities may not work as intended.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, you may want to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
