Windows 11 won't install because of Secure Boot Error

I actually recently updated to Windows 11, but my computer crashed and rebooted in windows 10 again. Now it's saying that the secure boot is disabled, when it isn't, so it won't let me update back. I had this error showing before I updated the first time, but it magically disappeared one day so I got the update done. I'm not really sure what's going on here and I can't find any answers that aren't download some sketchy file to trick the system through the bug.

    Hi, This is Ramesh.

    1. Please run "winver.exe" and post a screenshot.
    2. Run msinfo32.exe, and click System Summary. Maximize the window. Resize the columns in the right pane to make the entries visible, and post a screenshot.
    3. Run the PC Health Check app to see if the system is compatible with the upgrade:

Run the PC Health Check app, and click "Check now."

    Click "See all results."

    Post a screenshot.
