If you have been billed but do not have an active subscription, it is important to investigate the charge. You may want to check your account for any previous subscriptions that could have generated the charge, even if they are now closed.

To address the billing issue and request a refund, you should contact Microsoft Support directly. They can provide you with details about the charge and assist you with the refund process. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support page.
    2. Use the appropriate contact method to explain your situation and request a refund.

Keep in mind that if the charge is related to a closed business account, the support team will be able to guide you on the next steps.
