Hi

Recently I did my phone reset on 8 Feb and after that I'm unable to restore backup in Microsoft authenticator app.

I don't remember my which username have access of Microsoft authenticator cloud backup.

In past I did restore, but now I don't have username.

I tried forgot username for recovery and I'm getting masked usernames.

Previously I had multiple websites totp in Microsoft authenticator app, now only 2.

I remember that previously authenticator app had my picture of green jacket with spectacles. But I'm unable to restore backup.

Please help to restore accounts in Microsoft authenticator app, which I had in first week of February 2026

I think that once the phone’s wiped and you don’t know which acct held the auth‑backup, the restore flow won’t surface it at all… I’d use https://aka.ms/forgotusername to pin down the exact MSA, then sign into Authenticator with that one — only that acct can pull the Feb backup back.
