Urgent: Reactivation of Microsoft Entra ID Tenant Blocked due to Inactivity (Error AADSTS5000225)

My tenant has been programmatically blocked due to inactivity, resulting in the error code AADSTS5000225. According to the report, this block occurs when no sign-in activity is recorded for over 200 days.

I am currently within the critical 20-day recovery window and require assistance from the Data Protection Team to reactivate the directory before it reaches the deprovisioned state.

Diagnostic Metadata for Support:

    • Tenant ID
    • Email address used to sign in
    • Correlation ID from the login failure
    • Timestamp of the failure
    • Business impact and reason for restoring the tenant

Since I cannot log in to the portal to create a standard support ticket, I am posting here to request an escalation to the Product Group or Data Protection Team.

    This is due to the tenant inactive for considerable amount of time and this error is observed please check the following link and take action as per the requirement - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/fundamentals/inaccessible-tenant
