When I try to use a PC I bought as reserve, I cannot get Windows installed with mye Microsoft account ******@isaksen.com because it says that "That Microsoft account doesn't exist". When trying another account, it states that it sends info to Authenticator, but Authenticator receives nothing despite Authenticator working perfectly in other cases. When I try alternative SMS, it says something like "this service is not available at this time". So i very much need the Autodesk Inventor to work on either or both PCs NOW, but neither PC will help. It started with this PC I am writing on, where Windows Explorer did not work normally, but my IT Service provider managed to fix that after some expensive hours. They were unable to fix the Inventor/AutoCAD issue, despite using several hours on this.

When trying assistance in my account, that does not work, not via Teams either.

Office says that my PC is Windows 10, but it really is 11.

There seems to be something seriously wrong with my account.

HEEEELP!

Is this going in a loop?

I get the same suggestions over and over again, and since I have tried this, it is waste of time.

All the above have been tried and all software and drivers updated. My professional IT Serve help has been working a week to solve it without success, so there seems to be something with the account itself.

It sounds like you're experiencing multiple issues with your Autodesk software and Microsoft account. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:

    1. Microsoft Account Issues: If you're receiving a message that your Microsoft account doesn't exist, double-check the email address for any typos. If you have access to the recovery options, try resetting your password. If you still cannot access your account, you may need to contact Microsoft support for assistance.
    2. Authenticator App: If the Authenticator app is not receiving notifications, ensure that notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings. You can also try reinstalling the app or using a different method for verification, such as email or security questions, if available.
    3. Windows Installation: If you're having trouble installing Windows on your reserve PC, ensure that the installation media is created correctly. You can use the Windows Media Creation Tool to create a bootable USB drive. Make sure your PC meets the system requirements for Windows 11.
    4. Autodesk Software Issues: For the Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD issues, ensure that your software is compatible with Windows 11. You may need to check Autodesk's support resources or forums for any known issues with the latest Windows version.
    5. General Troubleshooting: Since you mentioned issues with Windows Explorer, consider running the built-in Windows troubleshooter for performance issues. You can access this through Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.

If these steps do not resolve your issues, it may be beneficial to consult with your IT service provider again or reach out to Autodesk support for more specialized assistance with their software.
