Microsoft Azure Artifacts Account Identity Validation Taking Over Seven Days

I created a Microsoft Artifact Signing Account which is $9.99/month with the intention of using it to code sign some of my applications. However the Identity Validation is taking over seven days, and there is no "Action Required". I submitted an 'Assignment letter from an authorized representative of the organization'. What is the expected time-frame for this to be completed?

Try verifying the account email and identity in Azure DevOps / Azure Artifacts and make sure the organization admin has approved any required identity checks, confirm the email you use is the same Microsoft account or Azure AD account expected, and check your spam folder for the validation message and resend it if needed. Also make sure MFA or Conditional Access policies are not blocking the validation, verify billing and organization settings allow package publishing, and that the user or service principal has the right permissions (project or organization owner/administrator). If you’re using a service principal or app, confirm its credentials and admin consent are valid. Try a private browser window or clear cache to rule out client issues, collect timestamps and screenshots of errors, and contact Microsoft/Azure DevOps support with those details if the problem persists.
