Hi Cristian Voicu,
Good day. I'm Jhun an independent advisor. This is a common problem after marking a message as a spam. Outlook may be blocking the entire email domain instead of just a specific email. Try to do these steps in order.
A. Check blocked benders list.
In Classic Outlook Desktop app.
- Open Outlook.
- Click Home.
- Click Junk > Junk E-mail Options.
- Go to the Blocked Senders tab.
- Look for: ppcgroup.com
- If you see it > Select it > Remove.
- Click Apply > OK.
In New Outlook app and Outlook Web.
- Click gear icon Settings.
- Click Mail.
- Click Junk email.
- Look under Blocked senders and domains.
- Remove ppcgroup.com if listed.
B. Add It to Safe Senders.
- After removing from blocked list, In the same Junk Email settings.
- Go to Safe senders and domains.
- Click Add.
- Enter: @ppcgroup.com
- Save.
- This prevents Outlook from blocking it again.
C. Check Outlook rules. Sometimes this creates one automatically.
- Go to Home > Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts.
- Look for any rule that:
Deletes messages
Moves messages
Contains ppcgroup.com
- Disable or delete that rule.
D. Check Microsoft 365 spam filteri f using work account. If you're using a Microsoft 365 business account like many corporate users, ask your IT admin to check.
E. Ask sender to resend. After you fix the settings, ask someone from ppcgroup.com to resend a test email. It may have been rejected at the server level and never reached you.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Jhun
