    Hi @toddsmith,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A, and thank you very much for reaching out.

Please note that the Microsoft Q&A forum provides peer‑to‑peer support only. I don’t have access to your environment or configuration, and my testing is limited to a general setup, so I can assist based only on available documentation and public resources. That said, I’ll do my best to help as much as possible.

From your description, when you mentioned the mail is not in the server, could you clarify whether you mean Exchange Online, Exchange Server, or simply that the message does not appear in Outlook web?

In the meantime, you may try these common Outlook troubleshooting steps:

Run an Outlook repair or Office Online Repair.

Remove and re‑add the affected email account.

Disable or Enable Cached Exchange Mode settings.

    Looking forward to your response.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.

If your Outlook Classic is stopping one of your email addresses from receiving emails when you receive calendar invites, it may be due to a setting related to Delegate Access or mailbox rules. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Delegate Access: Ensure that Delegate Access is not enabled for the affected email account. If it is, and the delivery option is set to "My delegates only," this could prevent the account from receiving certain emails, including meeting requests.
    2. Review Mailbox Rules: Check if there are any rules set up in Outlook that might be diverting incoming emails to another folder or preventing them from appearing in your inbox. Sometimes, rules can be hidden or not obvious.
    3. Test with a New Profile: If the issue persists, consider creating a new Outlook profile. This can help determine if the problem is related to the current profile settings.
    4. Check for Updates: Ensure that your Outlook Classic is up to date, as updates can resolve known issues.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue with the calendar invites affecting email reception.
