Go to Download Windows 11 - Microsoft and use the Windows 11 Installation Assistant. That should bring the system up to date.

Due to some issues i had to factory reset my laptop but after the reset it updated till only 2024 -10 and it stopped saying that your system is upto date and now many features i previously had are not available and even my taskmanager has reverted back to the classic version with the old ui and in settings its showing me security updates pending which i did not get after reset
