When I try to submit feedback, it wants me to choose a forum. Which one am I supposed to use to voice my feedback about losing Publisher?

    Hello @David Kent,

Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum!

As you may know, Microsoft Publisher will reach the end of support in October 2026. Based on Microsoft’s official article, there is no mention of a new desktop publishing application that will replace Publisher: Microsoft Publisher will no longer be supported after October 2026 - Microsoft Support

Instead, the article shows that Microsoft is shifting its focus toward web‑based and AI‑driven design tools, rather than developing another traditional desktop publishing app.

User's image This may suggest that Microsoft’s strategy is moving toward cloud‑native, collaborative, and AI‑enhanced solutions rather than maintaining a standalone desktop publishing tool.

However, I completely understand that long‑time Publisher users may still hope for a new product that can fully meet their publishing needs.

Since this is a community forum, I highly recommend submitting feedback directly through the Microsoft Feedback Portal. Your input helps the product team better understand user expectations and can influence future improvements or new features.

User's image I hope you can understand that, as a forum moderator, I don’t have access to internal information or the development roadmap of the product team. At this time, the only thing I can do is research and share publicly available information to assist you as accurately as possible within the scope of this forum.

If you've already submitted feedback, please share the link here, so not only me, but others can also vote it up. I truly appreciate you're understanding and patience as Microsoft continues to evolve the platform.

    Looking forward to you!
