I'm really desperately need help, I have sent exactly 5 support requests but I have received none response! I wonder why i couldn't redeem it like I did it on my phone on bing app and it tells me to add my phone number but when i add it, it said the app doesn't support my country's code!! I have been trying every way to do it all the day from yesterday to today!! I was really hopeless and need a help from Microsoft but what I received was.. silence!.. I tried on the edge on browser-mode and still doesn't work, I even went on my computer to do it but it said it can't validate my location when I already turned on location and everything it said.. I'm having big trouble but got no help :(..

A reply from them can take a few days if they're not too busy but if they are it could take a couple of weeks. This was the wait I had to take from them a few years ago when I had an issue. Hopefully it won't take that long for them to get back to you.
Apologies for the wait for a response but sometimes they do get busy and it can take a bit longer than expected for a reply. Please be patient as they will get back to you. If you've already submitted tickets to them then there's no need to send anymore in.
They are all passed 24 hours already but still no reply.. how long do I need to wait more?..

I'm afraid though that no one would be able to help with Rewards issues here. Your best bet would be to complete this form https://rewards.bing.com/support and wait for a reply from their Support team. Be sure to keep an eye on your junk/spam folder in case the response goes there.
But I have sent so many of the support requests already but they never reply!!.. I checked it on every folder but there's nothing!.. I don't even get why they don't respond 😞
