I was charged for two family accounts. I was charged $139.09 twice. I need to delete one of the accounts. Also, the one account thinks I'm a child. We have no children in the household any longer.

    Hello,

    Please go to https://account.live.com

    Sign into the Microsoft account whose subscription you want to cancel. Then go to Service. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.

    As for refund, go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

    ===================

    For the account that thinks you are a child, can you check your user profile in https://account.live.com > Your info, to see if your dob might be set to reflect a minor?
