How to send out a newsletter on my Outlook account without you blocking it.

I have been sending out a newsletter to my Sunday School class every week for almost ten years. Now all of a sudden, you consider it spam. Why? I can divide the contacts in half, and it sends out okay, so it can't be the contents. I send it BBC to 49 people. Is there a limit to how many people I can send something to? I have never been notified of any changes, mail limits, etc. and this is very frustrating.

    Hi Eunice,

Good day. I'm Jhun an independent advisor. Your Outlook issue seems disappointing specially you've been sending newsletter mail for the past 10 years without issue. This is likely running into Microsoft's outbound anti-spam limits and not a content issue since you said that it works when you split the list in half, You BBC 49 people and you're using Classic Outlook. That suggests that you're hitting a recipient limit or spam threshold trigger.

You can try this alternate procedure and let's see if it will solve the problem.

    1. In your Classic Outlook go to People.
    2. Create New Contact Group.
    3. Add your members.
    4. Send to the group name (NOT BCC).
    5. Still subject to limits, but less likely to trigger spam than large BCC.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Jhun
