    Hello,

If a Microsoft account cannot find the BitLocker recovery key, the key may be stored in another Microsoft account. Please try signing in with several different Microsoft accounts that have been used on this device. Use the link below to check which account contains the correct BitLocker recovery key:

If you cannot find your BitLocker recovery key in your Microsoft account, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Check Other Locations: Ensure that you have checked all possible locations where the recovery key might be stored. This includes any USB drives, printed copies, or saved files where you might have stored the key.
    2. Contact Your Administrator: If your BitLocker is managed by an organization (like a workplace), you should contact your IT administrator or helpdesk. They may have access to the recovery key.
    3. Use Recovery Options: If you have a Surface device, you can download the Surface recovery image and create a USB recovery drive. Boot from this USB drive and follow the prompts to unlock your device using the recovery key, if you can obtain it from other sources.
    4. Data Recovery: If you are unable to recover the key and access your files, you may need to consider using recovery options that might lead to data loss, such as resetting your device. Unfortunately, if the key is not available, regaining access without data loss may not be possible.

For further assistance, you can refer to the Microsoft support page on finding your BitLocker recovery key.
