Renew Military Appreciation Edition 365 Family account

It is time to renew my Military Appreciation Edition 365 Family account, established in February 2025, Microsoft Subscriptions page will not allow me to renew or establish recurring billing, How do I do this?

According to officially documents only two renewal paths for Microsoft 365 Family subscriptions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/turn-recurring-billing-on-or-off-for-a-microsoft-subscription-66f40aee-2317-f74b-40f9-2be7e92f0167

1. Turn on recurring billing (not available for prepaid / discounted SKUs)
2. Enter a new product key (download code)

For Military Appreciation Edition, only option #2 applies.

I suggest you try these steps to renewal for Military Appreciation Edition:

1. Purchase a new Microsoft 365 Family – Military Appreciation Edition code
2. Go to https://microsoft365.com/setup
3. Sign in with the same Microsoft account
4. Enter the 25‑character product key
5. Your expiration date will extend (unused time is preserved)

Please note that:

• Redeeming a new key extends the subscription
• You can stack time (up to 5 years total)

1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center: Log in to your account at the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

3. Reactivate Subscription: If your subscription is not active, select the option to Reactivate subscription.
