After move data from old to new Android phone Outlook and other aplications work correct.

For me on one e-mail address exist two accounts in MS Teams. When login to MS Teams application (in mobile phone) - possible login to in personal MS Teams account. But in work account not login and show error code "5objp".

Clear cache, reinstall MS Team aplication, restart mobile phone not result.

Android phone Honor Magic 8 Pro.

On old phone all work.

    Hi @Valdis Tjarve,

Thanks for posting your question to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

The error code 5objn you are encountering appears to be caused on specific new devices, especially after device migrations, app updates, or when cached credentials conflict with the authentication flow.

The most likely solution is to clear the credentials cache that’s causing the conflict. I'd recommend you clear your device cache credentials first to ensure proper sign-in:

    1. Remove old accounts from device settings
    • Go to Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts.
    • Delete any duplicate or old Microsoft/Work accounts.
    1. Clear Outlook app cache and data
    • Settings > Apps > Outlook > Storage > Clear Cache & Clear Data.
    1. Reinstall Outlook
    • Uninstall Outlook > Reboot > Turn off Auto Sync Data > Reinstall from Play Store/App Store.
    • You can find Auto Sync Data at the bottom of the Manage accounts page.

    1. Sign in using the full UPN format
    • For work accounts, login with your @onmicrosoft.com account or your organization’s domain.
    • This forces a fresh authentication session.

I hope this helps you regain access to your account quickly. I'm glad to assist and truly hope the information provided has been useful. Please feel free to reach out anytime if you need further assistance.

Looking forward to your response and wishing you a great day ahead.

It seems that you are experiencing an issue with logging into your work account on Microsoft Teams on your new Android phone, receiving the error code "5objp". Since you mentioned that everything works fine on your old phone, here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Check Account Configuration: Make sure that the account you are trying to log into is correctly set up and that there are no conflicts with having two accounts under the same email address.
    2. Clear App Data: In addition to clearing the cache, you can try clearing the app data for Microsoft Teams. This will reset the app and may help resolve the login issue.
    3. Factory Reset (if necessary): If the problem persists, consider performing a factory reset on your new phone as a last resort. Make sure to back up any important data before doing this.
    4. Contact Support: If none of these steps work, it may be beneficial to reach out to Microsoft support for assistance, especially since this error code may require specific troubleshooting steps.

These steps may help you troubleshoot the issue with logging into your work account on Microsoft Teams.

when i worked with this "complex" team - outlook un-connect, mobile phone show, who received phone software update. I enable run this, phone update, restarted and optimise applications.

I probe again - all work.

Possible problem was not in Team and Outlook :)

    Thanks for support.

    Thanks for fast answer.

I removed on phone Outlook application and MS Teams application.

After this install fresh MS Teams Application - team working.

Then install fresh Outlook Application and add account. then not connect any way...
