Unable to join various groups

Hi, I have been trying to join a few groups but am unable as they are not listed in the list. Can you please let me know how I can add a few groups and become a member. Thanks

    Hi, thanks for reaching out. You can only join groups via an invite or public link. Search for public groups or ask the owner to send an invite. Make sure you are using the correct account.
