I think that usually a RBAC glitch. even if the portal shows the right role, quiet refreshes can strip "release" rights while leaving the UI lookin fine. best bet is to toggle the role off n' back on to force a re-sync. sometimes the backend just hangs and needs that kick to recognize the perms again.

Hi Asaad, hope it's all sorted now. RBAC drift is a nightmare to debug. Hope u managed to re-sync those permissions.
