Unable to access Hardware workspace and unable to create a support ticket
Dear Partner Center community,
How do I get a human to assist me? The AI assistant is not working. I am stuck in a loop trying to create a support ticket. Tried calling and that directed me to do the same thing. I reached out to MS social media on X and they suggested posting here.
I need help getting back into the Hardware program workspace. We have been using this program since 2023 and now we are no longer to access it. This is especially important do to the impending Microsoft cert for file signing that is going to expire in June 2026 and we are trying to get things in place before then.
I see that we are still enrolled. I can see the Program is there and the Agreements are in place.
Clicking on Hardware workspace just takes me to a page saying that there is a verification in progress. The summary pages says that there is no Program profile found. I am the main contact and have not received any communication, that I can see, as to any changes that were made.
This is my second attempt at posting since whatever checks messages didn't like how the first message was written. Not sure what was wrong with it.
