I have my Microsoft 11 on my laptop/tablet and it has an ARM-based processor which I have found out. I am trying to connect my laptop to a Brother printer model QL-820NWB. Can you give me guidance on how to connect it?

If your not able to connect using the drivers that Ivan B. has suggested, then I would try connecting directly to the printer using a USB cable. I have a brother, and that was the only way I could reliably connect to it.

    Hi,

Regarding your Brother printer model, it already states that the drivers and software from Brother are not compatible with computers with ARM processors. To use it, you will have to use the driver that comes with Windows, but without extra functions.

Remember that it may not work due to compatibility issues.

Are you using the printer via network or USB cable?

    Compatibility with Snapdragon ARM processor:

    Compatible models: https://support.brother.com/g/b/oscontents.aspx?c=us&lang=en&ossid=41

The links provided are from the printer manufacturer's website, which is Brother.
