Using copilot, the agent is not available in the left pane

I'm trying to create an agent, I have a license, but the agent icon is not present on the left pane

when the agent icon just won’t show, it’s almost always the role not actually binding.

i’d re‑add creator/admin and flip the env to another one once and old tenants lag and the pane only pops after that little nudge.
