Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Since you do not have access to the verification method (your recovery email address), I'm afraid the only way to recover the account is through the account recovery web form: https://account.live.com/acsr

Important: If you have an active 2FA, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored. If you only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or indicates insufficient information, this means that 2FA is disabled.

You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft, and you can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

If your Microsoft account recovery request was not granted, please review this link for tips on improving your chances of a successful recovery: https://support.microsoft.com/office/dc56c3e3-dff0-4ed5-8edb-60290eea6b53

Please be advised that Microsoft Support can't grant you access to your account. Microsoft Support will not be able to manually recover or escalate this case, as stated in this article, that they are not permitted to send password resets, access, or even change any details on the account:

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

If you have lost access to your Hotmail account and cannot receive the verification code because you no longer have access to the email address associated with it, you can try the following steps:

    1. Use the Account Recovery Form: Go to the Microsoft account recovery page at https://account.live.com/acsr. Select "I forgot my password" and follow the prompts. You will need to provide as much information as possible to verify your identity.
    2. Alternative Recovery Options: If you have set up alternative recovery options, such as a phone number or another email address, make sure to use those. If you are having trouble with the verification code, ensure you are entering the full phone number instead of just the last four digits.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If you are unable to recover your account through the recovery form, consider contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance. You can visit their support page and look for options to chat with a support agent or request a callback.
    4. Be Persistent: If you encounter errors during the recovery process, try again later, as there might be temporary issues with the service.

Remember, two-step verification cannot be turned off unless you are signed in, so regaining access to your account is crucial to managing your security settings.
