Every time I try to log in with my email, the one registered on my account, it asks for my work or school account instead. I do not have one!

    Hello,

    Can you tell me -

Where do you log in? For example, is it on the web, or in an email app, if so, which one, Outlook classic, or New Outlook?

Is this Windows 11 OS, or MacOS?

If you are being prompted to log in with a work or school account and you do not have one, it could be due to the type of account you are trying to use. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Verify Account Type: Make sure you are using the correct email address that is registered with your account. If you're trying to sign in with a personal account, ensure that you select the "Personal" account option if available.
    2. Check Email Domain: If your email address is hosted on a domain that is associated with Azure, it may not be allowed to link to a personal account. In such cases, you may need to use a different email address that is not associated with a work or school account.
    3. Contact Support: If you continue to experience issues, it may be helpful to reach out to your Microsoft representative or the support team for assistance. They can provide guidance specific to your account situation.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the login issues you're facing.
