    Hello

Is this where you looked? Please go to https://account.live.com

Sign into your Microsoft account. Then go to Service. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.

Otherwise, is it listed in Order History section and it is not a subscription type?

You can reach out to support to help you cancel and ask for refund too.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Windows" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

To cancel your iFax subscription that you obtained through the Microsoft Store, you may need to follow specific steps since the cancellation option might not be directly visible. Here are some general steps you can take:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account: Go to the Microsoft account services page.
    2. Locate your subscription: Under the Services & subscriptions section, find the iFax subscription.
    3. Manage your subscription: Click on "Manage" next to the subscription. If you see an option to cancel, select it. If not, it may be necessary to check if the subscription is eligible for cancellation or if it was set up differently.
    4. Contact support: If you still cannot find the cancellation option, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance.

Since this is a trial subscription, you should be able to cancel it without any charges if done within the trial period.
