How to fix BSOD KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Hello, lately I've been constantly encountering BSOD errors on Windows 11 since I bought the computer (2 weeks ago). My computer configuration is as follows:

ASUS Prime B760M-F motherboard (new)

Intel Core i5 13400F CPU (new)

16GB VSP DDR4 3200MHz RAM (new)

256GB NVMe SSD (new, used for booting Windows)

PSU VSP 750W (new)

GTX 1080 graphics card (used, I bought it last year)

1TB Seagate HDD (used, 1 year ago, I only used it for data storage)

480GB Kioxia SATA SSD (used, 3 months ago, I used it for games)

Initially, when using Windows 11 that the store installed for me, I constantly encountered errors such as APC_INDEX_MISMATCH, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, PFN_LIST_CORRUPTION, etc., while playing games or browsing the web. After that, I reinstalled Windows 11 cleanly, installed and updated all the Asus manufacturer drivers, upgraded the BIOS, installed the manufacturer's GTX1080 VGA driver, and disabled XMP RAM.

Although it's not as frequent as before, I still encounter random BSODs, most recently a Hypervisor_Error while playing PUBG, and the latest one a KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED while playing Marvel Rivals (dmp link below). I then ran Windows Memory Diag and sfn /scannow, but they all showed normal. I stress-tested the CPU, GPU, and RAM, and they all worked normally.

In this situation, what should I do to resolve this issue? Thank you for reading.

    Thanks.

Unfortunately, the image isn't very helpful. I can only see what the previous errors were, but it's not very clear information. But thank you for sharing.

The last ZIP file you shared only has shortcuts. Not the minidump files. Instead of copying and pasting the files, it looks like you pasted them as a shortcut. However, no problem. If you only have two minidumps currently, I don't think the other one will provide as much information. I think it's best to give you a suggestion that might help solve the problem.

    I suggest doing the following:

Go to the Asus website using the link below, download the latest Chipset driver, and install it.

    https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-b760m-f-d4/helpdesk_download?model2Name=PRIME-B760M-F-D4

Driver name: Intel Chipset Driver v10.1.46.5 (package version 10.1.20378.8757) for windows 11 64-bit.

(You will need to expand the Chipset category to find the mentioned driver.)

(Extract the ZIP file, and double-click the file "AsusSetup" to run it. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.)

Then, restart (not shutdown) your PC and see if the system will work stably.

If the BSOD occurs again after doing this, please share the minidump it created.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

The minidump does not mention any driver, only a generic system file.

You only shared one minidump. Was this the only one available?

If you have more minidump files, share them. Sometimes, it may be necessary to analyze multiple minidumps to identify the cause of the problem.

    I await your reply.
