Dear Support Team,

I am trying to log in to my student account, but I am receiving a message stating that I need to activate my free subscription. The system also says that I must use a different account to activate it, which is preventing me from accessing my account properly. Additionally, I am unable to edit any documents due to this issue.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible, as I need access to my academic documents.

    Check with IT support at your educational institution that you are in fact using the correct credentials.
