Military Time Calendar

How can I change the time to military time on my calendar section. This is for scheduling shifts.

    Outlook uses the device regional settings to display times. To switch to "military" time, you need to adjust the corresponding time format under Settings (Win+I) > Time & Language > Date & Time > Change data and time formats.
