I'm not sure what you mean by "Outlook from"? Do you perhaps mean "Form"?

Can you provide some more details about what steps you are performing?
e.g. 1) New Mail, 2) Move to "From" field, 3) ...

Or perhaps a screen shot? Be sure to redact any personal info in the image.
One you have a screen capture, you can just Paste it into your reply.

When I type in Outlook on my Windows PC it randomly triggers a meeting invite it just has a couple little letters. if I was wrote the word Apple it would have “Ap” as a meeting in my calendar.

2 -- Do I understand correctly?

You are in Outlook and do Home -> New Email
In the new email window you move to the body of the email.
You type a word, e.g. Apple But instead of seeing what you typed:

2A) Outlook opens a new Meeting Invite with a Title of "Ap"?

2B) You see what you typed in the new email, but when you look on your Calendar there is a new meeting titled "Ap"?

Am I even close to describing what happens?

Hello, yes I am using classic Outlook, when I start typing an email and if I go fast, it seems to trigger the meeting invite just like a one or two possibly three letters show up as an invite. Yes you are describing it correctly. Thanks for all your help.

It certainly sounds like you are triggering some kind of keyboard shortcut. But I don't know of anything in Classic Outlook that might be the cause.

Ctrl+Shift+Q = Create a meeting request.
Ctrl+Alt+R = Reply with a meeting request.

Do you have any Windows program that watches your input for "triggers" and then performs some action? (e.g. Launchy)

I'm stumped. All I can suggest is that you contact Microsoft Support so they can remote into your PC and poke around. Good luck.

Hello, Zachary.

Are you on Classic Outlook for Windows with Microsoft 365? Go to File > Options > Mail > Editor Options > Proofing > AutoCorrect Options > AutoFormat As You Type and turn off automatic date and time formatting, then restart Outlook.

If it still happens, run an Online Repair from Control Panel > Programs and Features > Microsoft 365 > Change > Online Repair.

I will try Online Repair.
