I can't get any new mail

Question

I have made several password changes because I can't get any new mail.  I have tried everything that the web said to do. By chance I clicked on the search box and hit mail button to get to this. It works the same way with both my phones that I use the outlook app on. have to I have to press search then mail to see the new emails.

Please help me if you need to email me use ******@yahoo.com that account work fine.

When outlook only shows new mail after that odd “search→mail” tap, it’s the app’s sync path slipping… not the mail itself. i’d rebuild the acct clean — remove→add — that resets the sync trigger and the inbox starts breathing on its own again.
