It seems that your Azure tenant has been blocked due to inactivity, which is indicated by the error code AADSTS5000225. This can happen if the account has not been used for a certain period. To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Use an Incognito Window: Open a Chrome incognito window and clear all browser data. Then, attempt to log in again at signup.azure.com using your existing email address.
    2. Upgrade Your Account: If prompted, you may need to upgrade your account to a pay-as-you-go plan, even if you want to maintain a basic account without charges.
    3. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Azure support for assistance with your account status and to resolve the inactivity block.

Make sure to follow any instructions provided by Azure support regarding your tenant's lifecycle policies.
