Cannot delete draft message from Outlook Inbox.

Question

A draft message in my Outlook Inbox cannot be deleted. It contains an error message stating that the message failed to send. I have done the following:

1. Insured that the Email message is not in my Email provider accounts.
2. Deleted my Outlook Email accounts.
3. Deleted OLK in the appropriate MicroSoft directory.
4. Rebooted my laptop.
5. Added my Email accounts to Outlook.
6. Insured that a new version of OLK is in the Microsoft directory.
7. Reopened Outlook where the problem still exists

Please advise how I can correct this problem. Thank you.

What error message do you get when you try to delete it?

If this is a Microsoft account, did you log into web mail and try to delete it?
